The Minnesota Freeze is an Australian Rules Football Club based in the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The team is comprised of players from various backgrounds, ages, and nationalities. We represent Minnesota at the national level in the United States Australian Football League (USAFL). The purpose of this group is to provide a fun way for women to get fit by learning to play Australian Rules Football, incorporating a non-contact version of the game called "Rec Footy" . During the winter time we will have events at local gyms and during the summer we will have practices meant to help us get fit and learn to play Footy.
